For now, our field engineer visits will be reduced to attend front line and their supporting organisations where strictly necessary.* However, that does not stop us from being able to support your business remotely. Our help desk and training teams are on hand to provide remote support for many common queries as well as any print, hardware or software issues.
We know that your business relies on our ability and commitment to provide reliable, uninterrupted service – and we are here to do that as best as we can for you. We continue to operate and can answer any of your queries – either by phone, email or by web call where appropriate through either Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams.
In these fast-changing times, we are guided by the UK and Scottish governments and will continue to keep you updated.

* As a key service provider to many of the front line businesses and public sector organisations involved in controlling and mitigating against the virus, we have limited and necessary key staff still attending our offices and necessary sites to ensure that our clients continue to receive the supplies they require to keep the equipment we have supplied (copiers, printers, scanners and fax machines) operational.
