Highland Office Equipment (HOE) is opening its doors to business people across the Highlands and Moray following completion of a major office refurbishment.

HOE, part of the Capital Document Solutions business, has carried out major alteration work and redecoration as part of a £100,000 investment in its Harbour Road premises.

The company has benefited from a new workshop and supplies store, as well as an upgrade of the general office and showroom areas, including flooring and furniture. HOE is inviting existing clients, local businesses and members of the public to see its greatly enhanced facilities first hand.

The event will be held on Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29 2015between 10am and 5pm. Anyone interested in attending the open days should contact sales@highlandofficeequipment.com  or 01463 239764 to register.

Alex Main, sales director at HOE, said: “We are delighted with the end result of this major refurbishment project, which has allowed us to make better use of the existing space and created a much more efficient working environment for our growing team.”

Steven McLennan, service director at HOE, said: “I’m certain that the new facilities will prove popular with guests across both days, while everyone at HOE is looking forward to welcoming a mix of both new and existing clients to our offices.

“The event presents a great opportunity to highlight our wide range of document solutions, as well as share expert advice on how businesses can reduce their print costs. Also we will be showcasing the latest in adjustable electric desking and ergonomic posture seating – a hotter and hotter topic in the office environment.”

Based at Technology House, Harbour Road in Inverness, Highland Office Equipment provides photocopiers, printers, furniture, stationery, service support and office solutions to a broad range of clients. The company currently employs 30 people.

Highland Office Equipment was acquired by Capital Document Solutions in February 2013 and is now part of the largest independently-owned office equipment supplier in Scotland. Capital employs 215 people at operations in Inverness, Aberdeen, Shetland, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
